graduated from the Ogun State University in 2001, where he obtained his LLB Degree. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003, he obtained his LLM in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster United Kingdom in 2008, he had a brief practice with Kelvin and Associates U.K in the area of Corporate & Project Financing, Amzat lectures part-time at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
